We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with the app! When the app doesn't seem to function properly, you can try force-closing it. This can be done by closing all open apps/tabs on your device or by turning your phone off and on again.

Are you unable to start or stop a parking session at all, and have you already tried all our tips? It might be that we are experiencing problems with our system. Apologies for the inconvenience! We are always working hard to find a solution when issues arise.
