Why have I got a parking fine?

Various things can lead to a parking fine. It is important that you enter the correct license plate number for your parking session. You can check this in the parking overview before starting your session.

The same applies to the zone number. Always check if the number is correct and double-check if your location is displayed correctly in the app.

Did you register the wrong license plate? Fortunately, this is not a valid reason for a fine. You have paid correctly, but inadvertently for the wrong license plate. If you have received a fine because of this, you can appeal.
