We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your account! Are you the admin? Then it’s easy to do:

  1. Go to the app menu and tap ‘Account’.

  2. Scroll down and tap the ‘Delete account’ button.

  3. Follow the remaining steps to complete the cancellation.

  4. A pop-up will appear confirming that your request will be processed within 1 hour.

  5. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.

  6. There’s no need to enter a verification code. Once your account has been cancelled, you’ll no longer be able to log in.

  7. Changed your mind later? You’re always welcome to register a new account.

Prefer to cancel via your personal page? No problem! Log in and scroll down to the bottom of your self service portal to delete your account.

Do you have a monthly subscription, such as EasyPark Go, and want to cancel? First, change your subscription to EasyPark Small via the app menu under 'Pricing Plan'. Then follow the steps mentioned above.

Would you like to check if your account has been deleted?
Try logging into the app again. If you're asked to add a payment method, it means your previous account has been successfully deleted and the registration process for a new account has automatically started.

Don’t want to pay a fixed monthly fee anymore?

No need to cancel your account, you can simply change your subscription and pay per parking session instead. You’ll only be charged a transaction fee when you park.

How do I cancel my business account?

  • As an admin you can follow the same steps mentioned above.

  • Are you a sub-user? Please contact the main user, who can remove you from the business account.

  • Do you have both a private and business account? Then we recommend contacting our customer service team for further assistance.


Why can’t I close my account?

Unable to close your EasyPark account through the app? There may be several reasons. Please check the following:

  • There is still an active parking session. Make sure to stop it before deleting your account.

  • There’s an unpaid invoice. Check your payment method and ensure all outstanding invoices are paid.

  • You have an active subscription. Switch to EasyPark Small first before you can close the account.

  • You're a sub-user in a business account. In this case, contact the admin.

  • You have both a personal and a business account linked to the same phone number. In that case, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
