Have you received an SMS about updating payment information in the app? If so, simply update the information in the app so that any outstanding amounts can be charged. If your account is inactive, the outstanding amount will be automatically charged, and you will receive a confirmation via SMS as soon as everything is in order.
How do I update my payment information?
Open the EasyPark app and tap on the menu on the right/left side.
Tap on "Payment".
Tap on "Add payment method".
You can then add the details of your payment card. If you are using Visa/MC, you must approve with BankID. The outstanding amount will be charged automatically once you have registered new payment information, and you will receive a confirmation via SMS when everything is in order.
Use of Vipps
We currently do not have an active agreement with Vipps except for those customers who already have this payment method registered in their app.
How do I pay? Is it automatic?
Yes, it is completely automatic. Parking fees are charged on the first business day to the payment method stored in the app. If we have not received payment for parking, you will receive an SMS from us about the missing payment.
