Has a camera parking started on a vehicle you no longer own?

The reason for this may be that you previously registered the vehicle in your app and activated camera recognition. If you do not deactivate this function, future parkings will be registered in your app. Camera recognition is an automated process, independent of who is driving the car.

According to our terms of use, you are responsible for keeping the list of vehicles updated and especially for deactivating camera recognition on vehicles you no longer own. Easypark cannot override this on behalf of our customers.

If the parking is ongoing, please contact us, and we will assist you as best we can. If you have already been charged for the parking, we recommend settling the parking privately between you and the vehicle owner.
