How did Bravida customize the EasyPark Business solution to specifically meet their operational needs?

We wanted to create an easy and reliable service that streamlines all business parking-related administration for our customers. Bravida is a large organization with more than 700 employees in Finland alone. You can imagine, one invoice covering all parking expenses would be too complex to manage across multiple departments. After discussing with Bravida’s finance department, we found a simplified solution by issuing one invoice per department.

Please tell us about your experience of onboarding customers to the EasyPark Business solution.

With a large organization, it’s crucial that we onboard the entire company with clear communication to both employees and administrators. We decided to add instructions to the customer’s intranet, onboarded 11 administrators to our self-service platform, and connect all employees to the EasyPark Business service. We truly have polished the user experience at all levels!

What’s the most rewarding part of your role?

For me, working in sales, the most rewarding part is connecting the right solutions with customer needs. EasyPark Business offers solutions that truly simplify tasks for finance, managers, and, most importantly, all employees.
