Technical issue on April 1

A technical issue that occurred on April 1 causing SMS parking to be automatically triggered for some EasyPark users in Slovenia has been fixed. SMS services in Slovenia were temporarily disabled while an investigation took place but the issue has now been resolved and SMS services have been reactivated.

EasyPark have confirmed that this was not a security breach. The incident was related to an internal system upgrade.

All refunds relating to the recent technical issue with SMS services in Slovenia have now been issued. The service is reactivated and fully operational. The EasyPark App remains unaffected. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding.
