I can not log in to the app

Make sure you enter the correct password. In case you forget, you can easily reset it by clicking on 'Receive new password by SMS'.

Also check the phone number and country.

If there are still problems, check the network coverage and that the operating system of the app or phone is up to date.

WARNING:

Some users do not receive the authentication code (OTP/dual factor authentication) after requesting it from the app or website.

How to proceed?

For the app:

Ensure that the app and the device software are updated to the latest version available.

Updates may no longer be available for Iphone 7 and earlier models.

For the web page:

Select "Can't log in" above "Log in", proceed by sending SMS or email to create a new password, then perform all the required steps until you receive the second SMS containing 6 digits that will allow you to log in.
