In addition to this price change, is it fair to also charge a service fee?

You pay for parking or charging directly to the operator, not to EasyPark. We only add a service fee for using our service to manage your parking, which is added on top of the cost you pay to the operator who owns or manages the parking space or charging point. Depending on your plan, you can pay this service fee monthly or per session. This fee helps us offer you a smooth parking experience, with the flexibility to start, stop, or extend your parking – in Denmark and over 20 other countries.
