easypark parking app

What does it cost?

Creating a personal account with EasyPark is free. However, when you use our service to pay for parking or charging, we add a service fee on top of the costs paid to the operator that owns or manages the parking space or charging point. Depending on your chosen pricing plan, you can pay the service fee either through a monthly subscription or per session. This service fee allows us to provide you with a seamless parking service, including the flexibility to start, stop, or extend your parking – both in Denmark and over 20 other countries.

Experience our award-winning app

Registering with EasyPark allows you full access to all app features. You can quickly start, stop, and extend parking on-street, charge your electric vehicle, use camera parking, connect with in-car systems, and access customer support whenever you need. Plus, you’ll have international coverage, and in many major European cities, you can use our FIND feature to see where you’re most likely to find an available parking spot.

If you’re parking for business, we’ve got you covered there too. We offer a range of business subscription packages with a monthly fee, so you’ll pay little or no service fees on each parking session.

Pay per use or sign up for a subscription

If you prefer to pay per use with EasyPark Small, there’s a service fee added to each parking and charging session, along with any extra services you might use. When you set your end time by spinning the wheel in the app, we’ll show you the exact service fee before you start. Rates may vary based on location or operator, and any changes are always updated here on our website.

With the EasyPark Go subscription, you pay a fixed monthly fee that covers our service charges for all your parking and charging. Keep in mind that the actual parking or charging costs, along with any extra services – such as SMS reminders – will have separate fees if you choose to use them.

Paying for EV charging and camera parking

  • Electric vehicle charging: The app displays the cost per kilowatt-hour before you start charging. Once your session is complete, the total cost – including the EasyPark service fee according to your pricing plan – will be shown, reflecting the electricity you’ve consumed. Learn more about how electric vehicle charging with EasyPark works here.

  • Camera parking: Once you've activated and used camera parking, the EasyPark app will display the total cost, including the EasyPark service fee based on your pricing plan, after your parking session ends. Be sure to check the parking rates at the car park or on the operator’s website for the most up-to-date information. Learn more about how camera parking works here.

EasyPark doesn’t issue fines

EasyPark provides a service that enables you to manage and pay for parking more easily. EasyPark is not authorized to issue or remove parking fines. However, we can assist by investigating the reason for the fine and guiding you on the next steps – just click “Report a fine” in the app at the bottom of your parking session summary.

If you wish to contest your fine, please reach out directly to the issuer. Contact details and instructions can usually be found at the bottom or back of the fine. For additional support, visit our help section to learn about common reasons for parking fines and tips to avoid them.
