Camera Parking still active?

Why do I see an active parking session even after I’ve left the camera parking area?

 This can happen if the installed cameras did not correctly register your departure. Sometimes, the system may fail to detect when you leave the parking zone.

Can I still park somewhere else with an active camera parking session?

Yes, you can! Even with an active camera parking session, you can continue to park and start new camera parking sessions.
Note: You cannot have multiple active camera parking sessions in the same parking garage.

How can I check my parking status?

You can easily monitor your parking status by following these steps:

1. Open the app.

2. Tap the three bars at the top-left of your screen (menu).

3. Select "My Parkings" to view and manage your active parking sessions.

Will I be charged for the time I wasn’t actually parked?

No, you won’t be charged for the time you weren’t parked. EasyPark automatically adjusts your parking session and stops it once your exit is detected, ensuring you only pay for the actual time your vehicle was parked.
