EasyPark app comes with the fastest and easiest parking solution with the best coverage in Europe. It offers a range of unique services and solutions that we have developed to make life easier for the millions of drivers using our application every day in more than 2,500 cities across Europe. We help our users save time and money by paying only for the time they actually park their vehicle. We offer them an easier way to start, stop and extend parking via their smartphone. Why does EasyPark charge for the service? All these services require time and people to develop further, and they also require constant maintenance.

The city or car park operator charges the parking fee according to its valid price list. The user pays for using the EasyPark service according to our standard price list, see below. In the case of some cities, such as Bratislava, or some parking operators, EasyPark does not charge private users any service fees on top of the parking fee.

Private users

• EasyPark pay-per-use is a package for users who do not park frequently. User is not charged any monthly fee, you only pay a fixed fee of € 0.15 + 15% from the parking fee.

• EasyPark Go is a convenient package for users who park more regularly. The monthly fee is € 2.49.

Business users

As a business customer, you have countless advantages over private users in terms of managing your fleet's parking. One of the advantages is e.g. that you have the cost of parking for all company vehicles on one invoice. You can find more about the offer for corporate customers on the page for business customers.

• EasyPark Business Pro - with this package company pays a monthly fee of € 2.99 per user + a fixed fee of € 0.29 for each parking. One-time Registration fee is € 4.99 per user.

• EasyPark Business Premium - with this package company pays only a monthly fee of € 4.99 per user. You do not pay any fixed or one-off fees beyond the package price. One-time Registration fee is € 4.99 per user.

Prices for business customers do not include VAT.

Additional costs and additional services in the application An additional SMS reminder costs € 0.19 and an additional PDF invoice (copy) by e-mail costs € 0.19.

These additional services are disabled when the application is installed. The user has the option to turn on the settings in the application when desired. The user can always download the parking invoice for free by logging into My Pages on our website. Push notifications at the beginning and end of each parking within the app are free of charge.
