- Why have I got a parking fine?
Easypark does not issue parking fines.
It's never a pleasure to get the parking fine! It is important that you enter the correct license plate in the App. You can confirm this in the parking window before you start the parking.
The same goes for the area number. Always check the area number and double check if the location the App gives you is correct. Your mobile GPS may be inaccurate in some cases.
It is also possible that the parking has expired, but you didn't prolong it.
Before contacting a parking operator, please make sure that you have not received a penalty for any of the above points.
EASYTIP: Always check the active parking under “My parking”> “Active”.
IMPORTANT: the customer is responsible for making the appropriate payment to the Parking Operator in any other way in accordance with the instructions of the Parking Operator (e.g. payment via the appropriate parking machine). If in such a case the customer does not make the payment in any other way, he is exposed to the risk of being issued a parking fine.
