- Where do I find the area code?
When you're still close to the vehicle, open the app and check your phone's settings to see if GPS is turned on, and make sure you also have the EP app location enabled (found in your phone's settings under the EasyPark icon). The map on the home screen will detect your current location and display the appropriate area code (GPS position we receive from your mobile phone may not be correct and does not match the location of your vehicle). Make sure you choose the right area for your vehicle , otherwise you may risk a fine.
EasyPark often has area code stickers on parking meters. Alternatively, you can enter the area code manually in the upper right line of the app, where it says "Find address or area code" or search for the area code by entering the end address by swiping your finger on the car icon to determine the correct location of the parked vehicle.
The customer is responsible for checking and stating the correct area code when activating the parking.

When I try to park and click on the area code field, I receive suggestions for areas that are not relevant to my current location.
The locations you see before entering the area code are based on your search history. After entering the area code, ensure it matches the one on the sign and the country where you intend to park.
