Please be sure that the entered area is correct and that EasyPark is supported in the parking place. You can also enter area 9999 and then start a parking. This is the EasyPark test zone which you can use to test the app without costs.
If the problem still appears please re-install the app. Please make sure that the app and your smart phone have the latest updates.
There might be a temporary server error, in this case you can start your parking by calling the respective number or contact the customer service to start parking or get help.
