- I got a fine (FPS), how can I claim it?
To remind you, EasyPark doesn't employ any Agent or doesn't own any parking machines. Therefore, we do not put any fine.
Before you do anything, make sure the license plate, area number, and time and date of parking stated on the fine are correct.
If all the informations above are correct, and you have a valid parking, you can dispute the parking fine.
To contest the FPS, the user must file a Mandatory Pre-Requisite Administrative Action (RAPO) in the month following the issuance of the FPS from the authority that issued the payment advice. The name and contact details of the competent authority as well as the appeal procedures are specified in the notice of payment of the FSP.
To be admissible, the RAPO must be sent by recommended letter with acknowledgment of the receipt or electronically if the competent authority so proposes. The RAPO must be accompanied by:
A copy of the disputed payment notice
A copy of the vehicle registration certificate
A statement of facts and evidence justifying the recourse (eg receipt of payment that you can download on "My pages")
If the appeal is accepted, a notice of payment will be sent to the user.
If the appeal is rejected, the user may refer to the pay parking commission (CCSP).
You can also contact the parking operator mentioned or your city hall for more information.
