If you want to close your EasyPark account, send us an email indicating the phone number, data linked to the account and the reason why you want to stop using the app. We will contact you to confirm that the account has been closed and all the data related deleted.
We know that sending an email to cancel the account is not the most comfortable, but in this way we avoid closing accounts with a balance or pending payments.
Another option if you are going to stop using the application temporarily is to only delete the payment method and keep your account open.
