Inspired by you, developed by our design team

We didn’t guess what needed to change. Instead, we meticulously analyzed usage data, customer care interactions, feedback from voluntary research participants, and customer reviews to make our app experience even better. This new app experience is designed to bring more attention to your details when starting a parking or charging session. It is also designed to be extra-helpful for drivers who use EasyPark for their personal and business parking, as it makes the account selection more visible and allows for the separation of parking and charging costs.

We've listened, we’ve made, and now we’re ready to share our best-ever app yet.

What will change when parking

New wheel design

A new wheel, designed to be more intuitive and easy to use. Here, the total cost and time will be calculated and shown as a first step.

New confirmation screen

A new confirmation screen has been added. You can verify the vehicle, total parking cost and payment method are correct before starting a parking session.

Business account selection

We’ve moved this selector to the confirmation screen, intending to make it more visible for you as a business user who also uses the app for personal parking.

Simplified parking area search

The map screen has been refreshed to give you a more intuitive experience when finding your parking area by searching or using the map.

Time restriction alerts

The app will let you know if you're setting an end time which is longer than what is allowed in that specific parking zone, and it will adjust the parking time automatically before the session is confirmed.

What will change when charging

Manage parking and charging
The updated experience is designed to make it simpler to start charging, parking, or both simultaneously. For instance, you can now stop charging but continue paying for parking.
Split the parking and charging costs
You can now start a session for charging and parking, and assign each cost to a different account. For example, you can assign your parking cost to your business account and your charging cost to your private account.
Detailed pricing information
We have also increased the transparency before and during your charging session, giving you detailed pricing and live charging information to keep you in total control.

Currently only available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Slovenia.

When will this happen

In the coming months, we will be gradually releasing the new experiences one by one and it will require an app update. We’ve chosen to do this to make sure the change is progressive, easier to adopt and doesn’t cause any disruption to your day. We recommend having automatic updates enabled to get the upgrades straight away.
