The updates of the Terms & Conditions concern, amongst others, the following topics:


1. Definitions and descriptions for new services (if applicable);

2. Clarification of services that EP does not provide;

3. Information and specific terms & conditions regarding (Automatic) CameraPark;

4. Certain information and specific terms and conditions regarding pricing, among which the price structure that applies to:

  • The pay per use product package: EasyPark service fee is determined and applies on a transaction by transaction basis;

  • The subscription package (if applicable): a fixed monthly fee (excluding parking and charging costs) applies.

We would also like to remind you that you have activated Automatic CameraPark in the app. For more information on (Automatic) CameraPark see here and read the updated terms & conditions. Please note that you are obliged to disable the license plate number for Automatic CameraPark in the app if you are no longer an authorized user of the related vehicle (e.g. in case of shared or rental vehicles).
