Express pay with temporary cars

Important: Turn Off Automatic Camera Parking for Rental or Borrowed Cars

If you have used a rental car or a borrowed vehicle and activated the express pay functionality, it is essential to turn off this feature when you’re done using the car. This also applies when loaning your own car to others.

Why is This Important?

• EasyPark's system identifies vehicles solely by their license plate.

• The system cannot determine whether the current driver is the same person who activated Camera Parking in the app.

• If the feature remains active, you risk being charged for parking sessions made by others.

How to Disable Express pay

To avoid paying for parking sessions that aren't yours:

1. Open the EasyPark app.

2. Go to the settings for Express pay.

3. Disable the automatic Express pay functionality for the relevant license plate.

By turning off the feature when you’re no longer using the car, you ensure that you’re only charged for your own parking sessions.
