How can I park via phone call?
Call the number 0221 2601888 with your registered mobile phone.
Wait for the request, enter the complete area code and confirm it with #.
If you have only one registered car your parking will be started automatically. If you have registered several cars they will be announced so that you can choose one with digits 1 - 4 and confirm it with #. Your parking will then be started.
Stay in the line to hear information to your parking.
To finish your parking call the same number again and enter 1 after the request. If the area has a limited parking time the system will accordingly finish your parking automatically.
How can I park via SMS?
SMS-Parking is not supported in all cities where EasyPark is available. You can always find information about this on the vending machine's signage. Parking via SMS does not require a registration. Payment will be done by your phone bill and requires a German mobile phone service provider , that does not block payment by phone bill.
Send a SMS to number "44077".
Type into the SMS the area code, your car plate, type a dot and then your parking time in minutes. Here is an example with area code 9999, car plate ABC123 and parking time of 2 hours: 9999ABC123.120
You will receive in every case a SMS-confirmation or error message. If you don't get a reply at all we have not received your SMS; please check your signal strength or try using our mobile App.
