Account registration process
Download the app to your smartphone via the App Store or Google Play.
Sign up by entering your phone number, license plate number and your credit card information.
How to start parking with the EasyPark app?
Open the EasyPark app near your vehicle.
If you have the GPS function activated, the map on the home screen will mark your vehicle's location (vehicle icon) and suggest the current zone code based on your location, or you can enter it manually at the top of the screen. We recommend verifying the suggested parking zone number with the relevant physical signs in that parking area. (GPS location may be inaccurate).
Selecting an area will display a virtual parking clock where you can set an estimated end time for parking. This time can be extended or the parking can be ended earlier according to your needs. Price is calculated once the end time is entered and will be confirmed when parking has started.
Start parking by pressing the START PARKING button.
Note: A Pay and Display ticket behind the windscreen is not required, if necessary your active parking will be checked electronically by scanning your number plate.

How to extend or end parking earlier?
Parking time can be extended by turning the wheel on the virtual parking clock.
Set the desired new time and confirm by pressing CONFIRM NEW TIME.
You can shorten the parking time in the same way by turning the wheel in the opposite direction.
The new parking price will be automatically adjusted to the new time.

How to STOP parking?
You can stop parking in progress by simply pressing the STOP PARKING button.
A message will appear on the screen to confirm that you want to stop parking. Confirm to end parking.

Parking confirmation / Receipt of payment
Confirmation and details of completed parking are automatically generated after each parking (Parking confirmation does not qualify as a tax receipt).
A receipt can be requested immediately and will be sent the next day once the payment has been processed.
Parking summary and payment receipt are available in MY PARKING → HISTORY
Click on the individual parking to view details. Here you also have the option to request a receipt sent to your email (if the receipt is available).
In SETTINGS → NOTIFICATIONS you can activate the automatic sending of payment receipts to your email (this service is disabled in the initial app settings).
