Why use EasyPark?
The EasyPark app offers the fastest and easiest parking solution with the best coverage in Europe. Offering a range of unique services and solutions that we have developed to make life easier for millions of drivers, our app is used daily in more than 2,500 cities across Europe. We help our users save time and money by only paying for the time they actually park their vehicle. We offer them an easier way to start, stop and extend their parking via smartphone.
Why does EasyPark charge for the service?
EasyPark provides its customers with services that are innovative, save you time and money and offer free telephone support. In order to develop and improve all of these services, we invest in their development and significant maintenance, which is why they are charged. The city or, according to the operator of the parking lot, charges the price for parking according to its current price list, but the user pays for using the EasyPark service according to our standard price list, see below.
Private users
EasyPark pay-per-use - If you park occasionally.
You pay no monthly fee, but only a fixed fee ranging from CZK 0 to CZK 9.90 or 15% of the price of the parking fee. The amount of the service fee is displayed before parking starts. The service fee is paid by the end user of the app and is the sole revenue of EasyPark.
The price of the service is always displayed before starting to park or charge your vehicle.
EasyPark Go - If you park more often.
The monthly fee is 69 CZK. The user also pays a parking price and a fixed fee of CZK 1.90 for each individual parking.
Business customers
As a corporate customer, you have countless advantages over private users when it comes to fleet management and the associated management of parking costs. One of the advantages, for example, is that you have the parking costs of all company vehicles on one invoice. Registration costs CZK 149 once per user. EasyPark Business Pro - If you park occasionally.
With this package, you pay a monthly fee of CZK 99 per user. You also pay a fixed fee of CZK 4.90 for each individual parking.
EasyPark Business Premium - If you park more often.
With this package, you pay a monthly fee of CZK 149 per user. Furthermore, the user does not pay any fees related to parking (with the exception of SMS notifications).

Additional activated services
The services listed below are disabled by default when installing the application. The user has the option to use the service at will after activation in the application settings. Parking receipts are automatically delivered to your email and can be downloaded free of charge after logging in to the user section on the self-service pages in the History section. Push notifications are free of charge within the application.
