What do I do if I get an error message when sending the start or stop SMS?

If you get an error message, it usually explains you what went wrong.
Try again by checking the area number, the license plate or the format of those information you send.

If the issue is with the method of payment, you can also park with EasyPark app, register your method of payment there and start a parking.
