What is a promo code?

When you are using EasyPark, there might be times when you have the possibility to use a promo code. This could be distributed by for example the company you work for, or through a marketing campaign.

This code gives you a certain amount of credit to park for, which will be visible in the app!

How to use a promo code?

If you have received a promo code, navigate in the app to the menu by pressing 'More'. Go to 'Payment' and click on your current payment method. Here you find the option to 'Add promo code'. Just enter or paste the code and choose 'Redeem code'.

Now your extra parking credit is visible in the previous screen. Before you start a parking, the credit will also show on the parking screen.

What are the rules?

Each code is unique and can only be used once. For more information refer to the promotion terms!
