You are only a professional user
When your company subscribed to EasyPark Professional, you got you login information by mail or SMS.
Download the app and login. When you want to park, if the localisation service is active, your position and the area code will automatically be shown. If it is not shown, move your pointer on the mapp and enter the area code manually.
You can then set your parking time by spinning the wheel and pressing "Start my parking" to actually start it.
15 minutes before the end of the session, you will receive a notification of ending of the parking session. You can then stop the parking by clicking on “Stop my parking” or if you need more time, click on “Prolong my parking” and set a new parking time.
What is a dual account?
You are a dual account holder when you have a personal and professional account.
With each parking session you have the option of choosing to which account the session should be billed, depending on your own needs.
Add a personal account
Go to the payment menu in the app and add your personal method of payment.
