What's the cost of using EasyPark?

Creating a personal account with EasyPark is free. However, when you use our service to pay for parking or charging, we add a service fee on top of the costs paid to the operator that owns or manages the parking space or charging point. For parking, the service fee may be in the form of a periodic subscription or as a fee per use. It depends on the product package that you have selected, but also on the parking operators that we cooperate with. This service fee allows us to provide you with a seamless parking and charging service, including the flexibility to start, stop, or extend your parking and see charging points directly in the app – both in Australia and over 20 other countries.

Parking service feeUp to 11.5% of the total costWith EasyPark in Australia, a parking session includes a service fee of up to 11.5% of the parking cost. This fee is added to the total cost of your parking session. When you set your end time in the app, we’ll show you the exact service fee before you start.
