For parking receipts/individual invoices, go to the App and select the three lines at the top right-hand corner of the device screen. Choose My Parkings and select History. Select the parking transaction you would like to have a receipt from and press send receipt/confirmation via email. Alternatively, you may also download this online by going to History, selecting the transaction, and choosing Confirmation to download. For a monthly invoice to be sent ad hoc or set up to automatically to sent via email each month, you can either call us or send an email to Customer Service via 1300 734 070 or customer.service@easypark.com.au
