Changing your payment method in the app
Just go into the app, choose 'More' > 'Payment' > Click onto your currently payment method, press 'Change payment method'.
Changing your payment method in My Pages
Log in to our website by choosing "sign in".
Private customers can now go into the menu "profile" and then click on "edit payment details". With this you can update or change your method of payment.
Business customers log in under "sign in" with their business user name and can then access the menu "payment groups" to update the method of payment.
Why do I have a yellow or red message over my payment information?
The banner serves as a reminder to update your payment method if your card is nearing expiration or has already expired.
I got a message that my account is temporarily closed.
If you receive a message indicating that your account has been temporarily suspended after attempting to log in, you have two options: either create a new account to enable parking, or contact customer service for further assistance, and we'll guide you through the process.
If I change my payment method what happens to my old card?
When you add your new card the old one will be removed automatically.
