My camera parking is still ongoing.

If you have an active parking session, you can either click the 'Report an issue' button where you can see your parking or email us directly. Please provide your license plate number, start date, and the end time of the parking.

Why am I still associated with my old car even though I no longer own it?/ Why am I required to pay for a vehicle that I no longer possess?

If a camera parking session is initiated under your account without your recognition, it suggests that the car in question has been previously added to your account and set up for automatic camera parking. When the new driver of that car enters a camera parking zone, the parking session starts under the enabled account. To avoid such occurrences in the future, ensure that your vehicle list is kept current and updated.
