For both the app and your profile on our website, log in with your phone number. The system already shows the international area code +43; just enter the rest of your phone number, for example: +4366644444444.

If you want to change the international area code click it directly and choose the needed code from the drop-down list.

Business customers have in most cases an extra user name instead of a phone number for logging in on our website, for example: "ba-123456". This user name can only be used online in menu "sign in".

I got a message that my account is temporarily closed.

If you receive a message indicating that your account has been temporarily suspended after attempting to log in, you have two options: either create a new account to enable parking, or contact customer service for further assistance, and we'll guide you through the process.
